Elite Touch Group have have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join our clients reputable Dispute Resolution team, based at their Marlow office

You should have a willingness to help the fee earners with all areas of legal skills and after appropriate training to expand your role within the team. You will be expected to have high levels of communication skills. A degree is essential.

Contentious probate experience is desirable but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and good work ethic are more important than previous experience.

You will primarily assist the Private Wealth Disputes Team on a mixture of matters, including Contentious Probate Matters such as Inheritance Act 1975 cases, challenges to the validity of Wills, executor disputes, trustee disputes and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (“TOLATA”) matters.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to prioritise workload
Undertaking research on developing areas of law and procedure to remain up to date on key issues
Drafting letters, documents and court proceedings
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
To contribute to the effective operation of the firm
Meet relevant quality and professional standards
