SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department, based at their Portsmouth Office.

The Role:

As a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide vital support to Fee Earners and contribute to the smooth running and continued growth of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
Compiling and sending out draft contract packs
Drafting documents such as AP1s and TR1sRequesting property searches
Liaising with HM Land Registry and managing SDLT submissions
Chasing outstanding enquiries and communicating with clients
Sending requisition statements
Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and driven, with at least 1 year of solid experience in Residential Conveyancing.

You will need to demonstrate:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
Familiarity with legal case management systems and online tools (e.g. SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)
A client-focused mindset and a professional demeanour
