About
I am a BSc Criminology and Criminal Psychology graduate currently pursuing an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice, alongside completing a Legal Secretary Diploma with ILSPA, which I will finish in approximately one month. My academic background reflects my deep passion for the legal sector, criminology, and psychology.
In my recent legal administrative role at a law firm, I supported solicitors in immigration and education law by drafting Pre-Action Protocol letters, visa and fee waiver applications, and client correspondence. I also managed inbound calls, handled confidential documents, and maintained organised digital and physical files—greatly enhancing my understanding of legal procedures.
Beyond the legal field, I’ve developed strong leadership and administrative skills through roles as Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, and Supervisor, where I coordinated teams, responded to high enquiry volumes, analysed data, and provided feedback. These roles demonstrate my adaptability, initiative, and growth mindset as I started as a waitress and progressing into leadership over three years.
I am passionate, driven, reliable, and a strong communicator who thrives in team environments. Although my experience is mainly in immigration law, I’m eager to broaden my exposure and support any department within your firm. I am highly adaptable, quick to learn, and genuinely committed to growing within a dynamic legal setting
