Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary – Dispute Resolution

Our well-established client is currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary to fulfil a role in their Dispute Resolution department at their Yeovil Office.
You must be able to demonstrate appropriate skills to meet this challenging role. You should have excellent communication, administration (including typing) and client facing skills alongside enviable experience of dealing with a multitude of tasks at the same time. For those with a degree, the role could be an opening for a training contract.
The Role:
You will be working in our Yeovil office as key support for the head of the Dispute Resolution team, as well as supporting the rest of the team with necessary administrative duties. It goes without saying that client awareness is essential whilst consistently delivering a first-class service. The role may require travel to our other offices in Bridgwater and Taunton.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy legal administrative role with an ability to work alone as required to get the job done and, in particular, have excellent typing skills (dictation). If possible, the successful applicant will also be a vehicle owner and hold a full driving licence.
